You have ideas everywhere. Sticky notes on the desk, folders of notes on your phone, forty browser tabs you swear you'll get back to. The ideas are good. The pile is the problem. You can't think with a junk drawer. This is the fix: a second brain the AI builds and organizes for you, starting this afternoon.

You have ideas everywhere. Sticky notes on the desk. Scribbles on the wall. Folders of notes on your phone. Forty browser tabs you swear you'll get back to. The ideas are good. The pile is the problem. You can't think with a junk drawer.
The fix is not another app and not another course. It's a second brain that an AI builds and organizes for you. And the whole method is two words: Library and Desk. The Library is a small set of documents about you: who you are, what you're working on, and the pile of ideas in your head. The Desk is wherever you already work, ChatGPT or Claude. You bring the Library to your Desk, and the AI stops being a stranger who forgets you every time. It knows you. It thinks with you.
I'll be honest about my own setup so the starting line feels easy. Mine is a folder of a few hundred notes wired into my email and my calendar, and it took months to build. You need none of that. The floor is three documents and one afternoon. That's where everyone should start, including me two years ago.
The three documents are simple: About Me, What I'm Working On, and My Idea Pile, which is the junk drawer you finally get to empty into one place. Drop them into a ChatGPT or Claude Project, then run four short prompts. The magic one is the second. The first time an AI takes your pile and hands back the three ideas actually worth acting on, you get it. The pile was never the problem. You were just missing a librarian.
The guide walks you through all of it: the Library and Desk idea, the three documents, the exact setup in both ChatGPT and Claude side by side, and the four prompts. The companion worksheet gives you the three documents as fill-in-the-blank templates, so you can start messy today and improve them every week just by using them.
